The Ivy Story

The Ivy Global School is an initiative from IIM and ISB alumni who believe in education that brings about transformation in students and carve them into future-ready citizens.

Today’s education is not defined by boundaries. Knowledge is omnipresent and Technology has played a big role in making it so. Children of today need an education that prepares them to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world while keeping their basic human values intact. And that is what we ensure for our learners at The Ivy Global School.

The Ivy Global School

The school’s name reflects the vision of the school. The name was chosen with a lot of thought and each word has a significance.

Ivy leaf is an evergreen leaf that personifies resilience, with a very symmetrical shape that represents Balance. A healthy balance between the mind and body.

‘’Global’’ indicates that our children will experience the best teaching-learning practices that will prepare them for multinational leadership roles.

Values define any entity. We are what our values are. At Ivy, we believe in these values and we inculcate them to our students.

Deepti Asnani Nambiar

Director

Ms. Deepti Asnani Nambiar is an alumnus of IIM-Calcutta. And Engineer by profession and a teacher at heart, she has 11 years of corporate experience and 6 years of experience in Education.

Jaisooraj Nambiar

Founder & Chairman

An MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, he has spent about 13 years in the Corporate World spread across North America, Europe and India, before setting up The Ivy Global School. With a vision of spreading innovative education practices that will truly bring transformative change in children, Mr. Nambiar epitomises all that The Ivy Global School stands for.

Ms. Atiya Fatima Khan

Academic Advisor

With 14+ years of experience across various roles as an educationist, Mrs. Atiya Fatima Khan believes in delivering a curriculum to perfection. Her vast experience as a teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, and education coach helps her to identify academic challenges at all levels and resolve them.

Prof. Kiran Pedada

Professor

Kiran Pedada is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and F. Ross Johnson Fellow at the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. Previously, he was a permanent faculty at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and was a Visiting Scholar in Marketing at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in the Fall of 2018. Kiran has also been on the faculty of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Ambassadors Programme.

Moonika Ratanparj

Principal

Ms. Moonika Ratanparj has a vast experience of more than two decades with CBSE. A post graduate in Humanities ,she also has the international certification in Multiple Intelligences and has won many accolades and awards, including the coveted Pride of Sangli, for her contribution in the field of education. She has effectively worked in the field of teachers training, curriculum designing and development and has been instrumental in gaining various recognitions, including ISA award and accreditation , Education World Award, Golden School Award and many more during her stint as a Principal.

Smitha Sreekumar

Middle Years Coordinator

With a decade of experience as an educator, Smitha has spent the past seven years at The Ivy Global School, successfully leading an academic team as a coordinator for the last four years. She has worked with in organizations across the world, gaining valuable experience and insights into diverse educational systems. Smitha’s strong language skills have been key to her success in creating a positive and collaborative environment with parents, students, and management. Her dedication to education and leadership fosters an atmosphere of academic excellence and innovation.

Shweta Ramani

Foundation Years Coordinator

With a decade-long commitment to The Ivy Global School, Shweta Ramani brings a wealth of experience to her role as Coordinator. Her journey spans over 12 years in the field of education, including 5 years dedicated specifically to coordination responsibilities. Shweta has actively participated in numerous teacher training programs, enhancing her skills and knowledge in educational practices. Her dedication to teaching and training is fueled by a profound passion for fostering student success and professional growth within the school community.
